Stefanie Cherup, works as a consultant/advocate at Thrive Advocacy Group. Stefanie channels her distinctive background and expertise to empower families and students ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance and support.

Stefanie received a dual master's degree from Bryn Mawr College in Social Services and Law/Social Policy. Since then, she has dedicated her career to aiding marginalized communities. She has worked at the Philadelphia Defenders Association, assisting children in foster care, and at the National Adoption Center, contributing to initiatives like "Wednesday’s Child," which she helped bring to Philadelphia. This underscores her commitment to finding enduring solutions for vulnerable youth.

Stefanie's professional trajectory extends to diverse clinical and educational arenas. She has worked in private practices and specialized schools including Maryland School for the Blind, educating children with emotional challenges and disabilities like Autism. Furthering her advocacy, Stefanie completed the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) Special Education Advocate Training.
