Through shared experience, hopes and fears, struggles and triumphs, Sheri works with parents to heal themselves and their families. Meeting parents “right where they’re at” without judgment is her mission and her greatest strength is her humanness.

Family homes should be a sanctuary; a place to come home to at the end of a day to rest, restore and rejuvenate to be able to go out to the world again. When kids struggle to keep themselves safe, be held accountable or participate in daily activities in a meaningful way, it often doesn’t feel like a sanctuary, it feels more like a tornado. This can take the joy out of parenting.

Through education and skills training, Sheri assists parents in establishing healthy, meaningful relationships with their children. She will teach you how to connect AND hold boundaries, discover your family values, how to live by them and how to keep your home safe by establishing non-negotiables.

Sheri is deeply committed to self-care for parents of struggling kids and/or kids in treatment. She assists parents in recognizing that their own personal work is absolutely key to being able to heal their family. She digs deep with you to help break cycles of family conditioning or limiting beliefs which may hold you back from implementing the work. Her vulnerability around parental shame and empathy is refreshing and her insight, courage and commitment to this work leave you with hope and confidence that anything is possible.

In her spare time, Sheri enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family and can often be found with their dog Hercules at the beach or on a body of water somewhere enjoying fun in the sun during the summer and hitting the slopes skiing in the winter. Sheri is deeply devoted to her own personal growth and recovery. She starts her days off with meditation, daily readings and affirmations to keep her centered and grounded. She strongly believes in the power of vulnerability, spirituality and resilience.
