Sara Norris
Sara is a highly skilled education consultant specializing in child development, behavioral support, and educational leadership. With a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Spelman College and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Sara brings a unique combination of expertise to her role. She is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania and has completed both the Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate Program at the Florida Institute of Technology and the Principal PreK-12 Certification Program at Gannon University.
Sara began her career as an elementary teacher in Atlanta, Georgia, where her commitment to her students was recognized with a Teacher of the Year award. She later expanded her teaching experience internationally, spending two years in the United Arab Emirates. Beyond traditional education, Sara has served as a mental health therapist and behavior specialist, equipping her with an extensive skill set in education, mental health, and behavior management. Her experience spans district and independent schools, where she has developed social skills programs for students in grades K-9, served as a district-wide Safety Care trainer, and demonstrated expertise in program creation, development, and implementation.
